Stress

It's amazing to see how people at this time manage to include and accept stress as a part of their everyday life. But "stress" has such a sheer definition...so I decided to change the meaning to: physical, mental, tension, and strain put upon oneself that causes physical, mental, tension, and strain actions toward others.
Ok...so I just tweaked the definition a tiny bit but it is true. I've noticed that those who are constantly experiencing stress makes the others around them feel anxiety, oppression, and affliction. How you ask? Well, since stress is a hazard to the human health, don't you sometimes feel worried about an individual who seems to put under a lot of tension? Or maybe, you might have felt the constant noodge of the stressed individual because they seem to talk about how much stress they're in rather than actually trying do something to release the tension.

Why this random post about stress? Mainly because I’m beginning to feel the impact it has upon me. As I look at my calendar from now until spring break, I see only one free weekend. I seemed to have made my once socially active life to a life analogous to that of a working adult. So my lesson is to hold the tension I’ve placed upon myself and not let others feel my hectic lifestyle. This is also a lesson to me that I need to learn how to say "no" and actually mean it. *sigh*...I guess that's what I get for wanting to find my talent and finding an interest to every single activity. I am truly amazed, however, about those individuals who have even MORE than what I have to do...if only i can have "magical powers" like them. meh.
